La reforma laboral de 2022 trae consigo numerosos cambios en la legislación vigente, entre los que podemos destacar:
- El contrato por obra y servicio desaparece.
- Se establece un solo tipo de contrato temporal que podrá celebrarse en base a dos causas: por circunstancias de la producción o por sustitución del trabajador.
- Por otro lado, los trabajadores que durante un periodo de 24 meses hubieran estado contratadas durante un plazo superior a 18 meses, adquirirán la condición de trabajador indefinido.
- Los contratos temporales de corta duración, es decir inferiores a 30 días, supondrán una cotización adicional a la Seguridad Social.
- Los contratos temporales por circunstancias de la producción se puede considerar imprevisible u ocasional y pueden tener una duración máxima de seis meses, ampliable un año por convenio sectorial
- Todos estos cambios se harán efectivos a partir del 31 de Marzo de 2022.
